Yes. We sell every pack at the MRP printed on it, and the MRP already includes GST.

At checkout you can pay by UPI or by card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay) on Shopify's secure checkout. Cash on delivery is offered too.

No. Check out with your email and delivery address. To see your orders later, sign in with that email on Track an order. We email you a one-time code, so there is no password to remember.

Yes, until it leaves our factory. WhatsApp or email us your order number as soon as you can. Once a parcel is dispatched it can no longer be cancelled.

We pack and dispatch your order from our factory in Patonda, Nandurbar within 2 working days. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your city.

Delivery is free on orders of ₹500 and above. Below ₹500, delivery is ₹70, shown at checkout before you pay.

Open Track an order and sign in with the email you ordered with. You will see the status of every order and, once it ships, the courier's tracking link.

Because this is food, we can't take back a pack once it has been opened. We replace a pack only if it arrives damaged, wrong or expired.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free of cost. Send your order number on WhatsApp or through the replacement form, and keep a photo of the pack and the parcel ready.

If we can't replace a pack, or you cancel before dispatch, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approving it. For cash on delivery orders we ask for your UPI ID or bank account to send the refund.

Exactly what is printed in each pack's ingredient list. The product pages show the same list, so you can read it before you buy.

The M.D. Chilli Powder pack lists chilli powder and soyabean oil, not more than 2%. It is printed on the pack, so we say it here too.

Yes. Rajwadi Garam Masala and Mutton Masala list Ajinomoto in their ingredients. Check the ingredient list of any pack before you buy.

Some packs, such as Chicken Masala and Super Garam Masala, carry the line may contain nuts, dairy, wheat or soy. If you have a food allergy, read the allergen line on the pack first.

Each pack's ingredient list shows everything that goes in. We make no colour or preservative claim until our factory confirms it product by product.

Chilli from Guntur and Byadgi, haldi from Sangli and dhania from Indore. We clean, grind and pack them in our own factory at Patonda, Nandurbar.

Not at the moment. If you avoid onion and garlic, please read the ingredient list on each pack.

Chilli powder is best before 8 months and our masalas 12 months. Check the pack for its date.

Close the pack tightly or move the masala to a dry, airtight jar. Keep it away from sunlight and steam, and always use a dry spoon.
